ABOUT ME
Before training as a Counsellor I was in the Music Industry, working professionally as a Media Composer, Producer, Studio engineer, as well as Performer and Session Musician as a Drummer, which I still continue to do.
A large part of my industry time was as a Teacher, specialising in Music Technology and working with students with Special Educational Needs and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health difficulties.
This career spanned well over a decade with the experience giving me insight into the pressures, expectations, temptations and vast mental health issues within many sectors of the industry. This felt like a natural progression for me to retrain as a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and integrate my experience into my therapeutic work and help those who suffered in silence.
I have personal and professional experience in mental health spanning over 20 years.

Full Clinical Psychotherapeutic Counsellor membership with the UKCP.
Therapeutic clinician with Attune, focusing on supporting the mental health of professionals in the entertainment industry.
Registered practitioner with BAPAM, providing therapeutic support for individuals in the creative industry.
Registered counsellor with Sporting chance, providing mental health support for professional sportspeople.
Additionally, I was a volunteer Counsellor at Off the Record, a counselling service in Norwich for 3 years.
